Dr. Bhatnagar took the time to hear my concerns. He did not rush me, or make me feel as if I was wasting his time. He ordered several tests to be on the safe side, which I greatly appreciated. During my follow-up, to go over the results, he was just as thorough and very compassionate. I highly recommend him!
"customer service and the front desk are HORRIBLE. I showed up for my scheduled appointment and was told that Dr. B doesn't take my new insurance...even though I confirmed online and over the phone with my new insurance provider that he is active with them. "that information isn't always accurate" ok, so who's responsibility is it to update it? not mine. since I spent over $80 in uber fees and I wasn't able to be seen i asked for reimbursement. was told it's not possible. Dr Bhatnagar is a compassionate and understanding doctor. He actually listens to you and he genuinely care about your wellbeing. The is absolutely awesome I definitely recommend him highly.
Compassion, listener and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose after two years suffering. He treat me with the upmost respect.
He is a warm, caring and thorough neurologist. He is by far the best doctor that I have ever had in my 59 years. I will recommend him to anyone. I wish all my doctors were this professional and caring
