Very rude
This doctor works out of the St. Francis ER. He bills separately from the hospital. While the hospital is in network for BCBS insurance, DR. Singh is not. He does not inform patients of this prior to providing medical assistance and then bills you with a bill your insurance will not cover
My favorite Dr. Hands down. I wish he’d go back to primary care.
