I've been with Dr. Bains for many years. Use to see her once a month. Since she moved from Milton I rarely see her. I don't drive so I have to wait to see her in the summer when I'm able to go.

First of all the administration staff is awful with answering the phone and responding to voicemails. It’s so difficult to get an appointment. I ended up switching doctors. My wife went recently to an appointment (she called 4-5 times over the past couple of weeks and finally got a response now) and told Dr.Bains this situation and she responds with there’s absolutely no way that would happen and implies that we’re lying??
