Dr. Basker is a phenomenal Physician. He listens and really cares. His staff is exceptional.
I Can not thank Dr.Basker enough. He is a very intelligant, ethical and compassionate doctor. His impact is tremendous and truly will go above and beyond for you. Shelley has gone out of her way to accomodate various things for myself, always kind caring and compassionate as well. Ive also seen them do this for others!!! Withholding medication from a patient who is close to me because of a couple of dollars owed for a missed appointment when the patient was sick with the flu! That’s not caring for your patients! Not impressed! Should be reported!
To start I have to say it starts at reception and Shelly is friendly, helpful and just overall excellent. As an anxious person she makes it easier to contact the office. Since being a patient, Dr. Basker and his team, through conversations have helped bring awareness to more issues than I knew I had originally. Things I believed were normal or something else entirely actually had diagnoses and medications to try and correct.
