Extremely unprofessional to my son. Made a joke about his last name and called himself the "Ice-man"?, even when he himself is not an american? Very stereotypical and racist and wont be going again, very bad first impression.
Dr. Kandasamy is the most caring and knowledgeable doctor. He and his staff are passionate about helping their patients with the utmost professionalism and understanding of medical needs. I always look forward to my appointments!!!!!!
The medical care itself was solid, but unfortunately the front desk staff came across as unwelcoming and a bit rude. It made the check-in process uncomfortable. A warmer, more professional attitude at the front desk would really improve the overall experience.
I have been to many Doctors. However, Dr. Kandasamy, who is my PCP, I find him the best. His medical knowledge is excellent and he goes through the problems of his patient by taking time to connect and thoroughly listens to the patient by going through the minute details. He is now the PCP for my whole family. Kudos to his great office staff who provide a very helpful service!
