The medical care itself was solid, but unfortunately the front desk staff came across as unwelcoming and a bit rude. It made the check-in process uncomfortable. A warmer, more professional attitude at the front desk would really improve the overall experience.
I have been to many Doctors. However, Dr. Kandasamy, who is my PCP, I find him the best. His medical knowledge is excellent and he goes through the problems of his patient by taking time to connect and thoroughly listens to the patient by going through the minute details. He is now the PCP for my whole family. Kudos to his great office staff who provide a very helpful service!
Dr. Kandasamy has been my PCP for a couple of years now. In addition to his medical knowledge being top-notch, he takes the time to connect to his patients as well. While I have moved away from the area I still continue to consult him as my PCP, inspite of the drive. His other office staff are great too and very helpful.
