Office worker Meena is so rude. Needed referral to be faxed to specialist and a prior authorization for a medication, and every time I speak to her she’s so unbelievably rude as though this isn’t a part of her job description. Doctor Patel should look for a new hire.
I have had such a great experience with this practice. I have Been seeing Dr. Patel for over two years and I am always satisfied when I leave his office. Any referral or test I may need always gets done. He looks over my chart gives his medical advice and does what is required/Asked of him as my primary physician. I couldnt havent asked for a better Dr. In and out. And front receptionist is always a delight.
