The office can’t seem to keep administrative staff. Huge turnover, which may be the reason for continued mishaps with prescription refills.
They called us based on a referral for my husband's blood pressure at 178/113. July 23 we scheduled for today, Aug. 5th at 3:30. Suddenly they can't find him, claim they never called him, and now we've lost time, money, and our patience. This office is anything BUT helpful. And pic because it DID happen.
The doctor and office staff are amazing they got me in quickly and helped me to sort issues. Thank you
Horrible customer service. Staff is terrible. Requested records 3 months ago and still don't have them. Several request have been made. Do you really want to put your life in these hands.
