My visit to Dr.Prashar's clinic was a great education to the importance of early intervention in Cardiovascular disease, first by an inexpensive LIPIDS CT Scan of the heart (by Qld Xray) which reveals a cholesterol/plaque reading of any blockages in the arteries of the heart. I had complete confidence in Dr.Prashar's professionalism and methodical approach to a process of discovering the extent of cholesterol blockages in the arteries in my heart , with the most important process being the Angiogram. All the staff at the Ipswich clinic are rude and unsympathetic including the doctor. I thought it was good practice to be told when first making an appointment that you are told it will cost you $ and the amount of $ before going ahead with the booking or even when you arrive for your appointment BUT not so with this clinic they wait for you to be leaving before they tell you you need to pay, even though they said it was a waste of time being there.
