Update, I stayed with him for about another year then he abandoned me and not only that wrote a horrible reference, so I can’t get my drugs. Most unprofessional drs office I've ever been to. He refuses to call in the medicines for days and on top of that they lie all day. Anytime you need an answer there is no one in the office. I'm now left without my psych meds all weekend while I'm struggling more than ever in my life. Do not use Middletown medical
Dr gulati has been my doctor for damn near 31 years. Never have I had serious issues with my medical, becuase he has always taken care of me. He could have booted me years ago for the nonsense I have done, yet he has always treated me with respect and dignity I wouldn't trade this Dr for anyone. Thanks for always being my Dr

I was having a really hard time getting my mother's medications sent to the correct pharmacy after many messages and urgent priority messages being sent I finally spoke to some one named Paula and by chance she was able to help me due to her past knowledge. She went out of her way to help me in my situation when we are not even her doctors patient.
