Dr. Dondeit is truly one of a kind family medicine doctor. He takes the time to fully listen and break down any questions you have whether they be major or even the smallest. He listens. He is very knowledgeable in giving his feedback with sound advice. He acts with empathy and sympathy, not just business. Used to be a good listener, but now is cocky, condescending, rushed and extremely dismissive. As if he knows more about how I'm feeling than I do. Have to wait many months to be seen by him and when I finally get appt, he says no, you're fine.
This doctor is so easy to talk to and I can understand him. I love my care with him.
Dr. Raj Dondeti is very kind and caring. His skills as a medical professional are excellent. He and his staff treated me with utmost care and courtesy.
Dr. Dondeti is usually in a hurry, and is a weight-first type of doctor. If you do some research and ask for a specific medicine to treat a condition, he’ll prescribe it, but the process of getting his staff to respond to the pharmacy has been a nightmare.
In fact, I would give a zero rating. Knowledge of what he is talking about - 0/10 Behavior towards patients - Rude. He behaves as if he is Jesus to save the world and he doesn't have any time to treat patients. One thing I really hated is his attitude. ****We paid for your service. Don't treat your patients as if we are begging for your services. On Time - Never. This happened to me twice. He gives appointment at 1 PM and attends the patient at 2 PM as if we don't have any other work to do..
Dr Raja Dondeti is very detailed & friendly while getting health issues.
The service provided by the doctor was good and no complaints. But the billing system isnt correct. During the wellness check (which is fully covered through my insurance) , I was suggested by the doctor to perform Vit D test which was later coded as diagnostic and I end up paying copay for the service which I never requested for. So be careful of the service provided and how they code the service to your insurance...
Dr. Dondeti was not thorough and would not authorize tests to narrow down issues.
