I've never felt the need to leave a review for a medical provider before, but this experience was disappointing enough that I felt it warranted one. My experience with this office was frustrating from the very beginning. I was hung up on three separate times just trying to schedule my appointment, which should have been my first warning. Dr. Los is one of the best doctors I’ve dealt with. She is very professional, takes her time to explain everything clearly, and truly cares about her patients. Her diagnosis is accurate and her attitude is kind and respectful. I highly recommend her.
Don’t ever go there! No matter how sick you are! Awful, unprofessional and greedy! Her billing department sends bills that include services you haven’t received! When I confronted them they waived the bill and asked me to find another doctor! She makes the patients come back to her office to inform them about their blood work so she can charge them again even if the blood work results are normal she refuses to let the patients know anything unless they go back to her office and pay the copay again. rude lady who could barely speak English told me I had to double check with my insurance because she wasn't sure that it was activated? Even though I called my insurance and they were entirely confused why my doctors office would even have me call them... the receptionist said she was gonna call me back and she never did. Do you guys even want patients? What's going on?
