My experience with Dr. Raja E. Lewis was very disappointing. She ignored my concerns and made me feel like I wasn’t being heard or taken seriously. I left feeling disrespected and let down. No patient should ever be treated that way. I’ve filed formal complaints, and I won’t be going back.
Very unprofessional, receptionist literally forcing you to make appointment when you told them you cannot make it that day. I think they just want to charge insurance or charge patient for cancellation. Completely ridiculous! This is nothing that I have experienced before at any doctor office.
Very bad experience with them. They overcharged me for doctor visit also after someday I got a mail from labcorp for lab bills. I will never go again.
One of the best doctors that I have ever seen very knowledgeable and dedicated the customer service is great I highly recommend dr. Raja Lewis
