Scheduled me for an appointment to review the results of a biopsy.When I got there, results were not back. Waste of my time and money. Once results were back I had questions. Office staff told me to go to the patient portal. I left a message for Dr. Pastor to call me and sent a message via the portal....NO RESPONSE. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my appointment because of how RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL a member of his office staff is, specifically TAMMY. She called me to collect on a $300 deductible before my appointment, which is fine, but she talked to me aggressively like a bill collector. She called my work number and I explained, I'll need to look over the charges before handing over my card numbers and asked that she only call my personal cell. I literally almost died last Monday . Im a small person so after so much amount of blood gone from my body over a BROKEN JAW!?!??!! omg I remember feelings my body cold, feeling sleepy ,as the blood dripping down from my mouth to my clothing packed up full of blood like a horror movie…:if it wasn’t for this man and his people to work on me… my mom and dad would’ve felt like they felt as parents cause all they did was try to guide me the best way they can … i thank this very much.
