This is my first visit and I vow to NEVER return! The wait was over an hour and a half! Staff is unapologetic and rude.
I’m very disappointed to update my review from two years ago from 5 to 1. I was a patient of Dr. Raida Alazem for about 12 years or more. She has really declined as a doctor. She only works two half days a week. Prescriptions sometimes take a month to get even though you are told that they have been sent to the pharmacy before you leave. She just doesn’t seem to care about her patients as she once did, so I had to find a new physician.
The man ignored everything I said and then told me I have a slight case of lupus because I had 1 of 13 markers. Turns out I just have a mild case of fibromyalgia. Ha!
One of the worst experiences dealing with this doctor. He never cared about his patients health and well-being, just gave them temporary solutions so they would have to come back again and again. I watched my loved one die because their illness was never treated properly or taken seriously. Please, I strongly recommend seeing another doctor and going elsewhere.
