I’m actually leaving this practice in Shelton CT because of my experience with Gupta. I had covid and it was the least empathetic experience I ever had with a doctor. I truly believe he’s a physician that’s not meant to be in the field. I have also heard similar experiences from others who recommended me to this practice years ago.

Really love Doctor Gupta, very professional and knowledgeable and I would love for my family to continue seeing him but unfortunately the practice he works under denied scheduling a physical appointment for my husband because we owe a balance of $168. I work in the medical field and is disheartened as a medical professional to know that a practice will refuse scheduling a routine visit for a patient just because they have a balance due.
