The Dr is good, the staff is terrible, they never answer, or they answer and hang out on you, email is never answered. The Dr asked to take an exam that has to be in the Hospital, and even the staff in the hospital knows the staff is the worst, in order to schedule the exam, the office has to send the medical records, and it has been 2 weeks and neither the hospital or us have been able to get a hold of any of the offices (he has many) to get the records send over. At the beginning of my pregnancy everything was going well but after my 35th week with respect to the documentation with my FMLA it is hell. The doctor and the nurses are not interested in helping or sending the documentation on time. I am more than 2 and a half months along and I am still waiting for them to send the documents. Great Dr , office staff stink ; waiting time over 3 hours, no one approached me nicely, my last time there , this is usa time is money , I am frustrated i will be looking for a different office the management is zero.
