My Dad and I really like Dr. Kolanu. He was caring, spent plenty of time with us and explained things thoroughly. Had a good experience with him.
I don’t want to give him No stars. Dr. Kolanu wasn’t trying to listen to my problems. Over talked me. Just wanted to give me different medication and send me on my way. Very condescending towards me. I work in the medical field for over 20 yrs and the patient care was unacceptable. The front desk woman also need a lesson in customer service. I would not recommend this physician or office to anyone.
Not enough patient education given to understand what’s going on. They are still treating the current covid situation as if it’s at its high daily death tolls. You can’t go in as a spouse with your mate, they’re forcing masks & even locking the door as if they’re scared to death. Not cool.
