Not professional and makes every excuse for the poor office staff performance. Long wait times and he wastes time chit chatting with people while you sit in a room. He codes charts to make the most money and pushes pills instead of solutions.

I was planning to become a patient of their but I have to physically pick up an application and wait to get approved through a approval department never heard of that I decided not to I imagine if I wasted time going there then to be denied Never heard of such process

Dr Rosa is awesome!!! You might wait a little bit, but you get his full attention when he’s seeing you. I’ve seen a lot of drs over my 66 years with various issues … he’s the best!!!

I had an 11:00 appt with DR Rosa-Algarin this week. I was kept in the waiting room for at least 30 min. with only 2 people ahead of me. I was then taken to an examing room for my vitals. I waited 1 1/2 hours and still no doctor. I told the nurse that I was leaving and she said ok! The doctor was sitting at the desk the entire time certainly not paying any attention to me.
