I had to wait one hour inside the office because the doctor was talking with someone about his personal life in the office next the one that I was waiting, when he walk in, he has a flu and was touching all his face and nose without gloves and any mask, he doesn’t act like a health care professional. He runs a lot of test which I never get the results or any follow up appointments or call.

I had an appointment at 4pm, but I went into the office at 2pm after speaking to someone at the front desk saying I can come in earlier. I was seen by 3pm, which was a long wait, but I was ok with it because it was still earlier than my appointment time. I met with Dr. Rodriguez and we clicked right away. He’s very kind, but honest and I’m so happy to have found my new PCP.

Do you like waiting hours and hours to be seen for a routine appointment? How about being charged for your co-pay before you even have your vitals taken? Or maybe you're a fan of a doctor's office that doesn't even do their own blood draws onsite? And, of course, I'm sure you enjoy front desk staff that tell you it's not their fault nor their problem when you've spent an entire afternoon in the waiting room? Voy a dar mi opinión por qué siendo un médico el cual se lleva el dinero de mi seguro a su bolsillo siento que merezco una atención al menos con educación y respeto, es verdad que uno puede incluso durar horas esperando ser atendido pero si fuera un buen doctor no me molestaría hacerlo para poder tener una sita, hay que esperar hasta más de dos meses, para que en el momento de la consulta el no tenga que el respeto a sus pacientes en mi caso me salió el colesterol alto yo soy una persona joven pero creo que lo que uno va es ... read more
