Poor Customer service it’s like you’re begging them not paying them
I took my significant other for his procedure, everything went well. I brought him home, got all medications from Publix pharmacy with the exception of one Myrbetriq 25 mg that his insurance didn’t cover. Publix called the providers office 3 times y called the provider office as well to please order a different medication for his burning sensation. To this day no one called Publix or myself. La atención por parte de la señora Sandra muy mala, primero me cambiaron mi cita porque el dr.no estaría ese día, luego en la próxima cita cuando llegue me dijo que no tenía autorización de mi seguro y lo último es que he llamado 3 veces para sacar una nueva cita y he dejado mi teléfono para que me llame y no he recibido la llamada.
