I trust Dr. Papaleo, and I know he is a very busy man. He is a kind and caring cardiologist, but I wish he could spend a little more time explaining how I am doing.
First impression of the office lobby space is it's very comfortable with plenty of seating and very clean. Check in/out personnel are very friendly, put people at ease and even check in on senior/disadvantaged clients who are waiting for transport. Dr. Papaleo and the technical staff seem very professional while being willing to answer questions.
The check-in was easy, had no wait and Dr. Papaleo was friendly and direct. We were in and out quickly but felt he was very thorough.
