Dr. Rafael Nogues has now TWICE disrupted my mother’s care in the most reckless and arrogant way imaginable. She is an elderly patient with Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, Lewy Body Dementia, and Bipolar Disorder with Psychosis — and he has taken it upon himself (both her hospital stays) to abruptly stop all of her long-standing medications, with the excuse that he’s “reintroducing them little by little.” He is NOT her psychiatrist. This Dr was seen my Aunt at Larking Palm Springs in Hialeah the 1st time I called him to know about her health he was very attentive to call me back but since he would come buy so early we would not be there I call him again to see how she was doing and never received a call back and my aunt that is a 92 year old woman said that when he discharge her she try to ask him some questions and he was very sarcastic with his response.
