Super frustrating to CALL to get an appointment or anything else. NO ONE EVER ANSWERS OR RETURN YOUR CALL. NOT FOR APPOINTMENTS Nor REFILL MEDICATIONS. NOTHING IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS
Dr Martinez is a wonderful Dr you will ever want to meet.He cares about you more than yourself. The best pulmonarist you will want to meet.
Dr. Martinez, P.A. and his staff are amazing. They truly listen to you and your concerns and they do it while still having a great bedside manner.
I have left messages and made several calls at different times of working hours when they are opened to get an appointment and after couple weeks I have decided to request another provider. DOCTOR - do something about your staff - maybe start with your manager whom is not taking care of the office - see all your reviews I’m not the only one complaining about your staff
