Dr. Magana is a wonderful plastic surgeon but even more so a caring man. My 2yo son was treated during an ER visit where he had sliced open his bottom lip and required stitches. As soon as Dr. Magana came in he was so caring and calming to my son. Even while he was operating on him he stayed calming and tried to be as careful as he could to help ensure as little pain as possible. My 2 YO son had a bad fall and needed stitches on his forehead. Dr. Magana was absolutely wonderful. I cannot thank him enough for doing such a wonderful job in stitching my sons forehead. Not only is he very talented, but his bedside manner is wonderful. He put my heart at ease during this traumatic experience.
Dr. Magana was called in to see my 11 year old son yesterday in the ER of Northern Westchester Hospital. My son needed several stitches under his eyebrow and was absolutely terrified. Dr. Magana’s bedside manner was fantastic. He reassured my son and was unbelievably patient and compassionate. He took several minutes with the injection to numb him, so that there was minimal discomfort. He also was adept at making conversation with him throughout the procedure to distract him. Wonderful doctor!
He is a great plastic surgeon, he took care of my arm in the ER and he did performed an amazing job, no scars! He also does my Botox regularly and I love the results every time! Highly recommended!
