Everyone at this office disconnects the phone in your face as soon as you call, they will answer and right before you start to speak they will disconnect in your face. Nobody here wants to help, but I did have a very pleasant experience with Allen who helped me solve my problem other than that I would not recommend this practice.

Fui a las oficinas de este doctor y su asistente o uno de los doctores me aseguró dos veces que ya había mandado mis pastillas. Cuando llegué al lugar donde debía recogerlas, no tenían nada listo. Perdí tiempo y tuve que pedirle al enfermero que le marcara directamente para resolver algo que se suponía ya estaba hecho. falta de comunicación y cero responsabilidad. deberían mejorar su atención al paciente y su organización.

The service at the west side location is great with the nurses/medical assistants and nurse practitioners. The problem is the customer service from the people who take your calls for an appointment or to request a referral. They are disorganized, rude and impatient. I literally answered a call today were they wanted me to make an appointment. I asked the lady to please wait 2 min while I looked at my calendar to see when I was free since I work full time. Very bad around two hours setting waiting for my appointment it’s not the first time and when people asked why long waiting time the gentleman said we have only one provider (so why you miss the schedule giving many appointments at same time ) not professional at all ,many mistakes with referrals with pharmacy also
