Very bad around two hours setting waiting for my appointment it’s not the first time and when people asked why long waiting time the gentleman said we have only one provider (so why you miss the schedule giving many appointments at same time ) not professional at all ,many mistakes with referrals with pharmacy also

Last year my dad was going through serious health issues regarding his heart, and since he had an HMO insurance I had to take him to a PCP in order to get a referral for a cardiologist. Something that sounded so easy to do became a NIGHTMARE! Since the moment I needed to schedule an appointment I saw right away that this office has terrible staff, and an even worse call center that is located by basset where the ladies there are highly unprofessional, rude , and ruthless.
