Dr. Lugo is an amazing doctor, not only because of his personality, but also because of his extensive knowledge about umbilical hernias. He explained my condition in detail and clearly outlined a treatment plan. His recommendations were thorough and easy to understand as well. His secretary was also very communicative and understood everything I needed to do. She was able to schedule my appointment promptly and made all the necessary arrangements.
