Front desk & doctor have zero empathy. We waited 6 months for this appointment for my 3 year old child. I have two other children and had to drop them off to school that morning which caused us to be about 15 minutes late and the doctor refused to see us. I understand they have a schedule but when dealing with small children they should show a little more empathy to parents who have their hands full!
While Dr. Seaberg continues to provide outstanding care, I must formally address ongoing issues with her receptionist, which have become unacceptable. On numerous occasions, the receptionist has spoken in an abrasive, raised tone that is entirely inappropriate for a medical environment. This behavior is disrespectful and creates an unnecessarily hostile experience for patients seeking assistance. Dr . Seaberg was a great doctor and very professional. My son had his ear surgery and we couldn’t wish for a better doctor and staff. Everyone was so caring and friendly at her office and hospital as well during the surgery.
