Horrible experience which I’m still dealing with
IVF is very challenging to go through and I felt very cared for by Dr Lew and nurse Jean at life fertility. Dr Lew is an in demand specialist but I never felt like “just a number” she always made time to talk to me and she even called me out of hours and once on a holiday to discuss results and next steps. I was one of the first patients in her transition to life fertility so we had some bumps in the admin and set up but the practice manager Jen went above and beyond to resolve them and helped us every step of the way.
