I looked for a lot of accupunturist but luckily I ended up with rae .. my cancer journey is not a easy path but going to her and getting the relaxing treatment helps me to fight back strong. She has been very flexible with timings i wish for .thank you for making my path lil easier and it means a lot .

Dr. Ritke is a truly gifted healer. She has healed muscle and joint ailments and internalized stress I had carried for years. The first time I came home from seeing her my children told me it was amazing, I looked decades younger and lighter of spirit. Rae is kind, calming, committed to healing her patients, expert at what she does, and always listens patiently and explains what she is doing. I am so grateful I found her, she is truly wonderful.

I have been going to Dr. Ritke for several years and am always blown away by how amazing I feel after each session, as if years of stress have been shed, and my energy flow is back to what I used to take for granted in my twenties. I recommend her for whatever is ailing you that Western medicine has not been able to address. She is a master of the art.

The minute you walk into Urban Wellness NYC there’s a calm peaceful environment. Rae is not only an excellent technician, but she knows how to read people and always knows what I need when I come for a session. She has helped me with various things from stress to back and sciatic problems. Even if you don’t go often, just to go for a “tuneup“, it’s a wonderful experience & I feel better. Rae was the therapist I dreamt of. Considering, flexible, thorough, thoughtful and caring. Her bedside manner is superb. She made me feel safe and comfortable but more importantly she helped me during my IUI treatment that resulted in a healthy baby boy. She knows what she is doing but she involves you in the process and makes sure you understand what she is working on and how long it might take to get results.
