I could not be happier in finding Dr. Ciubuc. His office is professional, timely and kind. The Dr. And staff are friendly and make me laugh. He is very knowledgeable in his field.
I've been a patient of Dr. Ciubuc for more than 5 years and he is amazing. He makes sure you understand your health. The office staff are phenomenal and accommodating. I'm very satisfied with his office.
I am extremely disappointed with the medical assistants at Dr. Radu Ciubuc’s office. They are never in the office, and it’s nearly impossible to get anyone to answer the phone. On the rare occasion someone does, their attitude is unprofessional and dismissive. The customer service is abysmal—they seem completely uninterested in helping patients and don’t know what they’re doing or talking about.
