After waiting 30 days for a scheduled appointment from a referral sent in by my husbands PCP, it was cancelled on the day of the appointment because the info from the PCP had the wrong doc. Nobody at this office checked to confirm when calling him for the appointment that the doc requested had not worked there for 10 years!!!! How do you schedule an appointment when there is no doc there of that name??? They don’t even accept his insurance! The excuse was it was a new employee!! Totally messed up by 2 doc offices. Scary! I'm sure Dr Kiesz is a very good and experienced cardiologist. My issue is that I accepted an appointment change that the office called when Dtlr. Kiesz was unexpectedly unavailable. The practicioner who did my new patient intake, though knowledgeable, I'm sure, indicated that he did not find my pedal pulse, indicating possible circulatory issues. When contacting this office, be careful of what you think you’re hearing. I was told one thing about insurance and then when we get to the office, we were told something totally different. Marlon was that we had to pay out-of-pocket just to see the Doctor Who agreed to see us. The staff was rude and unhelpful that I would not recommend anyone to go to this office for treatment in the future.
