My mother, who was a previous patient here, tried to schedule an appointment for a time sensitive discovery from a cat scan (I’m sure you can figure out why it’s time sensitive). Because she hasn’t been in the system since 2020, was told that they had to treat her ‘as a new patient’ and she had to re-fill all the paperwork. Ok, no worries. Once she did and tried to schedule an appointment, they told her because she’s a ‘new patient’ they won’t give her an appointment until January!!! Of 2027!!! Dr. Remadevi saved my life - plain and simple. I have been a patient of Dr. Remadevi for 10 years, and she has supported me through just about every health crisis imaginable.
