Chelsea was excellent. She was very kind, took the time to listen to all of my concerns, and was extremely detail-oriented. I never felt rushed, and I really appreciated how thorough she was. She made sure nothing was overlooked, which gave me a lot of confidence in my care. Dr. Tamerisa is the best. Great listener. Spends a lot of time with her patients.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this doctor’s office. Trying to get an appointment has been one of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had with a medical provider. The office rarely answers the phone, and when someone does answer, I often receive conflicting information from different staff members. Communication is severely lacking, and patients are left to do all the follow-up work themselves. Staff was friendly and professional. Everyone there made me feel I was the most important patient they had. Very knowledgable staff and explained things in simple terms. Doctor was eager to get my procedures scheduled and help me get on track to feeling better.
I love the Dr. Tamerisa and her staff. Everyone one is friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Tamerisa has excellent bedside manners and very thorough.
