Ashley is an amazing PT! I came in for a hamstring injury and she was so good at explaining the problem and treatments. She is determined to develop long term solutions for her clients and my mobility has improved since I started seeing her. Her dry needling procedures worked wonders for me. Overall she provides excellent care and is a great person too. 10/10 recommend!
Dr. Rader has performed physical therapy on my neck, knee and elbow, all with excellent results. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone needing physical therapy.
I’ve known Dr. Ashley Rader last 4 years. I was diagnosed with Scoliosis and sciatica pain and she referred me to a Spinal surgeon and guided me through the whole process. I have met many Physical therapist but she is the best and she cares about her patients. Her Dry Needling technique is the best. She uses best knowledge and takes her time while treating her patients.
I was referred to Dr. Rader. She is one of the best physical therapist in the dmv. She really cares about her patients, she goes above and beyond every time .Her goal was to help me recover as fast as possible which was huge for me. she's also very nice and makes the experience enjoyable.
Dr. Rader spends 45 min with me one on one every time i have an appointment. She is very knowledgable and professional. I highly recommend her.
