If you have a “flare” do not expect a call back from this doctor or group! Two times I waited two days for a call that never would come as their policy is to “type” your issue into their “my chart” kind of programs regardless of whether your fingers can move! I moved on after 2nd episode immediately!
Dr. Waldman is great. However, I caution anyone - do not allow blood work to be drawn here. The office did not disclose at the time of service that the lab work would be processed by Western Reserve hospital and billed as out patient hospital services. Western Reserve hospital charged my insurance $4,246.00 for blood work. It's all in network by the way. This is absolutely insane. Luckily, I have a great insurance plan but I still ended up paying double what I normally would for blood work.
She listened to me while I was in so much pain. I highly recommend her
