Love this office... Dr Sneed is great and spends a lot of time with you she doesn’t rush you and the stuff is great also…
I had switched from Primary Pinnacle care to healthsource Dr Sneed because noone answers the phone at Pinnacle and the front office girls are rude. We love Dr. Sneed. My mom suffers with Alzheimer's and after a few days of my mom suffering with hallucinations I took her to Dr. Sneed and she did a urinalysis and found out it was a uti and not dementia related Alzheimers. Dr. Sneed is the best pcp that I have been too.
She can never remember what we have discussed. She evidently can NOT enter those things into my chart to recall later either. I HIGHLY recommend to go to another facility!!!!
poor. DR. cannot make decisions on her own and refused to refer me to a speciallist without doing unnecessary tests based in a lab report from a non-doctor. I found a surgeon on my own and had tge sebacious cyst remiced without additional unnecessary tests for breast cancer which I didn't have.
After reading the other reviews on here I was reluctant to keep my appointment but I am very glad I did! I found the ladies at the sign in desk extremely polite and courteous. The ladies in the back made me feel very comfortable while I was explaining my reasons for my visit and getting blood drawn. And Dr. Sneed is an absolute sweetheart of a person and listened to everything I had to say. I felt as if I "mattered" which is something that is lost at medical practices these days!
Never take your kid there,the entire office i's made up of rude,hateful women.the other woman told me to keep giving my 1yr old milk when he is illergic and poops blood,children's hospital told me not to.they screwed me over with lying for three days about signing and faxing a form to dp&l for my burned son.they waited until I walked in there for the 4th time with 5 min to spare before the receptionist snapped at me while telling me sneed changed her mind! They don't care about their patients.
She listened to my problems and seemed to understand then had her nurse call to tell me otherwise and her nurse Katie was nasty on the phone about the issue all they care about is money
