Upon a referral from my primary DR I was rejected to even be seen for an evaluation. Pretty terrible we live in times where a DR will reject a patient with possible mental health issues...... update over a year later i was referred to this office Again. 2.5 months after the referral was sent I still had not heard from the office. So I called my primary and they called in an asap referral to a Dr that called me within 25 minutes. This clinic does not help all who need it they pick and choose who they help
Dr. Pope is amazing! Not only does she prescribe the correct meds but she diagnoses correctly and actually CARES!!! If you are looking for someone to just throw a prescription at you, go somewhere else because this is not how Dr. Pope practices psychiatry. She takes time and LISTENS! Offers nonpharmaceutical options and advice. She actually counsels her patients. She is the most caring physician. Has herself listed on the blue cross app, says she’s accepting patients, but noone answers the phone or calls back. It’s been weeks. She’s been taken off my list of possibilities and I recommend you do the same because who wants help from someone they can’t get in touch with?
Dr. Pope is a very caring Dr she gives you the time you need to and she has the most caring team of workers I've been seeing her for yrs.
