Banking off the previous 1 star review I almost canceled my appointment to Dr Paul, glad I didn't. Contrary to the previous poster she listened to me more than any dr I've seen in probably 8 years. She really really took her time to explain things thoroughly to me and and took her time above and beyond what was expected in answering all my written down questions. She even did a short neuropsychological exam on me when I asked if we could. (Tacked on an extra 20 mins at the end of the appointment
She is not a good listener, I believe she analyzes with too much haste instead of hearing and caring about what I (the patient) has to say. Being new, she needs to be more humble and not act as though she has something to prove. In my case, she actually stopped me as I was reading to her the list of symptoms and incidents which had occurred and said to me, So what problem are you having now? And she told me I was [rambling]. I also never received a neurological exam from her. Disrespectful
