Dr. Lam has shown great care in supporting me, especially through the use of Bowen Therapy. This approach helped reset my nervous system and allowed my body to relax, which has been especially important as I often find myself in a fight-or-flight state due to daily work stress. Through this experience, I’ve come to realize that the body has the ability to heal over time. I highly recommend Dr. Lam to anyone looking to help their body relax and return to a more restful state.

Dr Lam has been great! I was suffering from extreme fatigue and didn’t know what it could be. She is attentive and really takes the time to understand everything that is going on. She recommended treatments based on a full set of tests so that she could understand the underlying issue and not just manage the symptoms. My energy and other symptoms have greatly improved.
