Unbelievably unprofessional. Went from wkly Appointments consistently for months to being dropped and forgotten about for a month because my “therapist” and clinic failed to follow thru on a handover when my therapist told me she’s going to Melbourne for a course (Lies). One day I’m told my booked appointments will be honoured, next day they apologise that I was given the impression they would continue to see me. End result I got no follow up appointments. Dr Rachel helped me through quite a few issues I had with confidence; I got the confidence to make a few big changes in my life. So I've moved to Brisbane, have settled into a relationship and have sorted career goals.
I am 66 years old and have been to many psycholgist over many years. None helped me and when I think about them it was just a vent session. Rachel has helped me put my "stuff" aside. I no longer have the past in my present. I cannot speak highly enough of how Rachel has helped me. I am now focusing on my present !!!
