My experience with Dr. Rachel and her administration staff was absolutely awful! They didn’t respond to email communication in a timely fashion. They weren’t organized and I received very poor feedback, if any at all. Then they just stopped communication altogether! I’ve never been so disgusted with a professional and her staff before!! I do not recommend this particular fertility clinic!!
Dr. Rachel puts your mind at ease from the moment you start working with her. She is knowledgeable, approachable and is able to break concepts down in a way that I can actually understand. I would highly recommend working with Dr. Rachel because she cares deeply about her patients and will meet you exactly where you're at.
