Dr. Benson continually helps me work through the various shoulder issues I get from working out, generally using soft tissue techniques like Active Release and Gaston. She has great bedside manner, always correctly diagnoses the root of my dysfunction, and always applies the appropriate therapy to get me back to normal without excessive sessions (usually only takes her 2-3 sessions). Dr. Benson saved my life..I was at the gym early in the morning and tweaked a reoccurring injury I had in my back. I dropped my weights, fell to the floor and began experiencing painful back spasms. I called a family member to pick me up and take me to a doctor. This was the worst possible time for an injury as I had to be on a flight in 6 hours for a funeral back home.
