This is the most inconsiderate and unprofessional gynecological offices in North Alabama. I took off from work 3 times for office visits this year. There was always an excuse for not being seen, and because I did show up for scheduled appointments and was not able to see the doctor, I was later charged for an office visit. I’m like are you all serious? They have cost me lost hours from work and a very long trip to the office in the first place. They seem to only be interested in money and not patient care. Dr Acuff is the best gynecologist I have ever been to. She is so caring and very gentle. I would never go to anyone else. She is easy to talk too. Will gladly answer any questions you have. You can’t go wrong.
