I had a great experience with the doctor who delivered my twins—he was excellent, and everything went smoothly. Unfortunately, he didn’t continue with my care, and I was placed with a nurse practitioner who seemed very inexperienced. I kept requesting medication, and although she said “okay,” nothing was ever prescribed or documented. The staff has been extremely unprofessional. If I could give no stars I would have. Dr. Ramon Mizrahi was very unpleasant and unprofessional as well as arrogant. For my first visit, I waited for almost 2hrs, which I arrived for before my appointment. Once I was seen by the nurse assistant she said they can’t access her chart (this app was scheduled 2 months in advance FYI) She went to get Dr. Mizrahi I voiced my concerns and was told they could not access my daughter's chart which I ask how can they know what the issue is without her information.
