Dr. R. Arshad tend to give I din’t care vibes. She change my meds without even discussing with me at all. Always appeared to be in a rush. Made me feel like I was bothering her every time I asked a question. On my last visit I felt like she was encouraging me to see another doctor under the guise of caring about my commute. The most arrogant who didn’t listen or even review my history. Only pushed a surgery that my old Cardiologist never mentioned and won’t discuss the possible reasons. Then cancelled the appointment mid way through. There are not words to describe my disappointment and utter feeling of disrespect. Never again.

Dr. Arshad is smart, up-to-date on the latest cardiac-related research and a calm, articulate communicator. I went to her after my open heart surgery to monitor my heart valves, lipids and overall heart health. I do not feel rushed during my appointments and it is obvious she cares about her patients.
