Friendly staff and Dr.Museitif explains everything he is doing or will be doing. My 94 year old mother even understands everything he says.
Their billing department is HORRIBLE. I’ve been put on a payment plan and I still have to call each month and give them my cc number. If you ask me, that’s not a payment plan. I tried to call for my last payment and NOBODY called me back. It took me a straight week of calling to get in touch with someone to pay my bill. Awful service from billing. Got forwarded to the lady taking care of my account and I left her two voicemails in 4 days and she ignored my calls. Got transferred to manager there and I never got a call back f... read more
