Nowadays going to a doctor's appointment can take up half your day because they typically don't schedule their day in such a manner as to allow sufficient time for each patient. Not so here! This clinic & the doctors who work there seem to respect people's time & I don't think I've ever waited longer than 15 minutes to be seen. That's saying a lot. My first experience with this doctor and this location and I am impressed. Everyone was very professional and friendly and made sure that I was comfortable (I was very nervous). I had a reaction to the procedure being performed, as I have had with other doctors, however Dr. Sophie was proactive and prepared to handle it with ease. He took an extra step and did an additional procedure, but made sure that everything was stable before I left. Other doctors would just give a few eye drops and sent me on my way. Dr Sophie is very punctual and straightforward with his diagnosis. The clinic is very organized and his staff well-mannered. This is my first encounter with this doctor and the place but already really impressed. I am sure I will continue to let them take care of my eyes.
