My partner completed the online form this morning and an appointment was scheduled for 11:20am today at Sunlight Surgery (Gillingham). He allowed plenty of time to travel to the GP but unfortunately got stuck behind a learner lorry driver on his way. Despite this, he still arrived within the 10 minute late allowance (at 11:28am). Genuinely the worst gp in history. Tried to contact them multiple times for a sick note and they refused to give it to me meaning I could not have time off and they are constantly overbooked so I can never actually make an appointment! It's so terrible

MPA group have about 6 different surgeries yet they only ever offer me the sunlight centre you very rarely see a doctor it's always the nurse or clinician/pharmacist you ask them a question and they can't answer they ask you what you want them to do you come out of there knowing no more than when you went in I had one clinician tell me I should of upped the dosage myself also asked me if she should do a stool and another test she didn't explain my results to me also told me to ring 111 go up hospital and see gastro team if s... read more
