Nothing he could do without physical therapy FIRST then he could do an MRI. Wish I would have known this BEFORE taking off work and drive over an hour. The appointment was made at the porters neck EmergeOrtho location. Why would they not tell me this???? I did get a prescription for pain but of course I had to pay for it myself because insurance needed to approve. Frustrated beyond.
