Refuse to take face to face appointments and then lie about it , you cannot pre book an appointment and get told to ring at 8am the day you want an appointment , I rang got placed 7th in a queue and when my call was answered all appointments have gone , 3 doctors seeing 4 patients an hour and they claim 100 people are stood outside waiting to get appointments at 8am which is a complete lie if there's 5 people waiting that's a bad day , it's excuses not to see face to face patients , they offer a call back appointment the sam... read more
