Had to see the PA first, ordered MRI but had to do PT first before the insurance would allow MRI. After I finally had it all done I saw Dr Crow. Why? He knew when I came in that he would not do the surgery I needed so why didn’t he just call and refer me rather than having me make the trip to see me to tell me he didn’t do complicated surgeries anymore? Waste of my time.
